So have you guys heard of this awesome little appliance called the Instant Pot? Yeah, if you haven’t by now I would say you are living under a rock! These handy little things are all the rage in the homeschool world, and why not? It’s a single appliance that you can use for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This thing can saute, slow cook, pressure cook, and even make your rice. As you can tell I’m a HUGE fan. To make it easier on all of us I decided to do an Instant Pot recipe round-up. Make sure you make it ALL the way to the bottom. There’s a free printable for you there! Here we go…….
Breakfast:
Ah, breakfast…..The hardest meal of the day in my house! It’s also my favorite meal to make using my Instant Pot. Our current favorite is oatmeal. I can throw it in the night before, set the timer, and it’s ready the next morning. Here are some fabulous looking breakfast recipes.

Lunch:
Lunch is often a hurried meal in our home. We are usually in the middle of our school day, so we don’t have time for much. My family also likes to eat three big meals a day, none of that sandwich stuff here. I’ll be honest, it’s exhausting! The Instant Pot saves my sanity on those busy days.
Dinner:
The Instant Pot makes dinner a snap. Occasionally I can get by with only one dirty pot! Plus it’s quicker and to me, tastes better, than the oven versions.

A few more fun facts about this little jewel. Did you know that you can make ground beef completely from frozen in 25 minutes? You can also boil an egg in 8 minutes and cook perfect rice in 25. Yes….I seriously love this thing. If you have one….use it! If you don’t….put it on your wish list. Happy cooking!
